Green Tomato Relish

Thanks to the early snow,  I have a counter full of green tomatoes. You? I heard you can pull the whole plant and keep it in your cold storage for the tomatoes to ripen.  But, I’m impatient and want to do something with them now.

I found a recipe from Farmgirl Fare for [Green Tomato Relish] that I am going to try. She says it’s Salsa-ish and you can either can it or just keep in in your fridge.
